Many GCC faculty members place items on Reserve in the library for student coursework. These items include:
Textbooks (updated each semester)
Supplemental reading materials
Science models
Microscopes/slides
DVDs/VHS (please request in advance)
Laptops *
Reserve loan lengths and use restrictions are set by faculty. Most items are to be used in the library only. For Library Use Only items, a GCC ID or driver’s license is required and will be held at the Circulation and Reserve Desk until items have been returned.
*For semester-long laptop loans, students may have a success coach or professor submit a referral form for them. Please see myGCC > Faculty > Faculty Library Resources. Or email aswestfall@dos5.net.
